Ranchi is not just a city of waterfalls and eclectic art, it has an array of delectable dishes on offer too. Dhuska, litti chokha, chura bhunja, and koinar sag are a few dishes that you must try when in Ranchi. This city has an incredible vegetarian fare. The must-try foods here are gupchup, dalma, chakuli, kheema ghugni, and the quintessential Odia thali.
