An ingredient-driven restaurant housed in the city’s famous former industrial mill area, Masque is truly one-of-its-kind in India. Serving a 10-course chef’s special tasting menu, this co-owned restaurant by Chef Prateek Sadhu and entrepreneur Aditi Dugar marries traditional flavours with modern innovations. Thriving on bringing local Indian tastes in a modern avatar, now this eatery is bringing the same experience to your homes.

Safety Measures: Following a contact-less delivery protocol, thorough sanitation procedures every night, sourcing through trusted vendors (which is first sanitised with hot steam using a temperature-controlled gun before being brought into the kitchen), are some of the safety measures in place. Moreover, all the produce is thoroughly washed using baking soda and salt before use.

What To Order: To get the full gourmet experience at your home, consider ordering the Pork Carnitas Tacos or Mushroom Sando meals.

A much-loved name among Mumbaikars, Kitchen Garden by Suzette is all about packing scrumptious flavours in a healthy avatar. This all-organic cafe celebrates freshness in each of their dishes, and ensures a bowl full of health in every bite. Think of breakfast delicacies like Shakshuka baked eggs, a build-to-taste sandwich, sweet buckwheat pancakes, and an ocean of smoothies, teas, and coffees to choose from. They even have a deli section, replete with handmade pieces of bread, dips, and spreads.

Safety Measures: All staff is picked up and dropped in the restaurant’s own car, with a maximum of three passengers per vehicle. Everyone involved in the team has been mandated to wear masks and gloves, and wash their hands with soap every half an hour. Food grade disinfectants are used on all the produce before cooking, while sanitation procedures are undertaken all throughout the day. Moreover, for an added dose of safety, the delivery bags are taped before being handed over to the delivery staff.
