The pan-India initiative has launched at all ITC Hotels, and is aiming at indulging guests in some conscious breakfast choices. The objective is to cater not just to the taste, but to the overall well-being of guests. Hence, expect your first well-rounded meal of the day to have a lot of greens, beans and legumes, lentils, and freshly-sourced vegetables.
Enjoy the Zesty Mornings experience at either The Pavilion or the Ottimo At West View in ITC Maurya, A Luxury Collection Hotel, New Delhi between 7.00 am to 10.30 am. A number of breakfast stations here are set to offer a wide spread of healthy breakfast options. The Pavilion Juicery has on offer everything from microgreens, sprouts, and herbs, to an assortment of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables fetched directly from the farmers. The Conscious Cereals station ensures that you do not miss out on the fibers in your diet, hence, think cereals like sorghum, pearl millets, red rice, finger millets, and amaranth, which are known to be great for holistic well-being.
