As per a report by Outlook India, ICMR has mandated that currently only individuals with a doctor’s prescription can get tested for COVID-19. However, as per the Government of Karnataka’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for in-bound travellers to the state, a COVID-19 negative report is also required.
