1. Don’t Be A BinHog.

The MoCA advises its travellers to use the overhead storage bin mindfully. It asks passengers to be aware of what they can bring onboard by reading the ticket rules carefully and making sure to carry the right bag size.

2. Your Seat Is Not A Sleeper Berth

The MoCA advises travellers to be considerate of the limited amount of space available for each passenger. A part of their tweet reads, “Always think about the people around you because no one wants your head in their laps.”

3. Don’t Air Out Your Feet

Smell travels fast in closed spaces and this is common knowledge. The MoCA advises travellers to keep their socks on while removing their shoes during long haul flights or do one better by bringing a new pair of socks.

4. Eliminate Odour

The MoCA in its tweet mentions that nobody wants to be seated next to someone who smells like a birdcage. It advises travellers to be aware of their body odour before boarding a plane with the help of a shower or a good deodorant.

5. Who Gets The Middle Armrest?

The age-old question finally gets an answer straight from the horse’s mouth. The MoCA shuts all speculation with the tweet, “there’s one simple rule in the economy, the middle seat passenger gets both armrests.

6. Compromise!

MoCA suggests that one persons’ comfort can be another passenger’s pet peeve. It asks passengers to be thoughtful about one’s behaviour before giving in to their routine habits.
