The Shrine board is currently working on the development of a mobile application that will allow devotees to do live darshan. While any final detail regarding this app is not out yet, many reports suggest that the applications will launch on October 17, which is the first day of Navratri. The application will also allow devotees to participate in live hawan ceremony.
Ever since the Coronavirus pandemic has brought the country to a standstill, all activities have been forced to go under hibernation. However, the temple authorities are now devising ways to allow visitors to be a part of the darshan. On the other hand, those who want home delivery of the temple’s puja prasad can book it from the website directly and receive the same via speed post.

Lt Governor Manoj Sinha has come up with the noble idea of delivering prasad to devotees. He proposes to use technology to reach as many devotees as possible, especially in times like this.
As of now, devotees can witness daily worship rituals and aarti that are live-streamed on a religious television channel. Nonetheless, this new application will allow devotees from all around the globe to do live darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi.
