Two days after the groundbreaking Ram Temple ceremony in Ayodhya city of Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to lay the foundation stone of the temple in a historic event tomorrow, which is expected to be attended by at least 175 people.
“Sacred soil from more than 2,000 teerthsthan and water from more than 100 rivers has been brought to Ayodhya for Bhumi Pujan. Pujya Shankaracharya and Sants have sent many auspicious materials for Bhumi Pujan. 175 eminent guests have been invited for the Bhumi Pujan of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir. 135 Pujya Sants belonging to 135 spiritual traditions will be present in the programme. Some eminent citizens of Ayodhya have also been invited,” Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, said in a tweet.
Water and soil from Shri Badrinath Dham, Raigad Fort, Shri Ranganathswami Mandir, Shri Mahakaleshwar Mandir, birth places of Hutatma Chandrashekar Azad & Shri Birsa Munda and many other places of Dharmic & National Importance has reached Ayodhya Dham for Pujan. pic.twitter.com/KQXo3zbqgi

Moreover, during the event, PM Modi will be sharing the stage with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and Governor Anandiben Patel, Ram Janambhoomi Nayas Samiti President Mahant Nritya Gopal Das Maharaj, and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat.
Yesterday, as many as 21 priests conducted prayers dedicated first to Lord Ganesha, and then to the deities of the dynasties of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, followed by more Vedic rituals performed today. Tomorrow, the first offer will be made by the PM at the Hanumangarhi temple.

Meanwhile, as India gears up for Ram temple’s bhoomi pujan at Ayodhya city tomorrow, the community in New York can’t seem to curtail their happiness, as they have decided to display 3D portraits of the temple, along with images of Lord Ram, on huge billboards across the famous Times Square on the day of the auspicious foundation laying ceremony. From giant Nasdaq screen to 17,000 square feet wrap-around LED display screen, the community has left no stone unturned in making it one of the largest displays with highest resolution exterior LED lights in the world.
