The 10-day-long Myoko Festival is an annual springtime celebration of the Apatani tribe in Arunachal Pradesh. It is celebrated by three different tribes—Diibo-Hija, Hari-Bulla and Hong—residing in eight villages. The festival of sacrifice and purification is a great way to gain some insight into the lives of these tribes, which makes it one of the must-experience spring fests in India.

While the first three days are for exhibiting the art of traditional weaving, and brewing the famous local rice beer, the fourth day sees sacrificial rituals. Every year, the holy city of Ajmer celebrates the Urs Festival in the memory of Saint Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti. Devotees from all around the world gather here during the festival to pray for their prosperity and peace. They offer nazrana at the Dargah, which consists of flowers, sandalwood, perfume, and other things. Post sun-downer, the place witnesses a musical extravaganza as qawwals gather to sing at the Mehfil Khana.
