Bangkok

With its happening vibe, Bangkok welcomes more visitors than any other city in the world. Enjoy tuk-tuk rides across the city, and visit iconic temples and colourful floating markets.

Day 1

Travel

Fly with Thai Airways from New Delhi at 3am or from Mumbai at 11.30pm.

Hotel Check-in (30kms)

A luxurious stay awaits you at Dusit Thani Bangkok. Relax in a well-appointed room that features distinctive Thai elements.

Breakfast

After resting for a while, head to The Pavilion (at the hotel) for a Thai breakfast. You can try the avocado with greens layered with Japanese dressing.

The Grand Palace (7kms)

A complex at the heart of the city, The Grand Palace is a tourist delight. The enchanting building houses the Temple of the Emerald Buddha or Wat Phra Kaew. You can enjoy your packed lunch in the vicinity, taking in the scenery.

Wat Arun (6kms)

Sitting by Chao Praya River, the Temple of Dawn is an architectural representation of Mount Meru.

Dinner (3kms)

Dine at The Deck by Arun Residence and try the creamy tom kha kai here, a chicken and galangal soup.

Day 2

Breakfast (6kms)

Give your day a healthy start with a smoothie bowl with organic açaí berries from MAKAI Açaí & Superfood Bar.

Klongsan Market (11kms)

For local vibes, visit Klongsan Market and savour street food. Shop for some fashionable clothes at reasonable rates. If it’s a weekend, you can also visit the famous Chatuchak Market at night.

Spa (6kms)

Head back to your hotel and visit Devarana Spa. Relax with the ‘Seven Shrines Wish Ritual’ that includes a jasmine and ylang-ylang body exfoliation with frankincense essence.

Giant Swing (6kms)

Dating back to 1784, this is a religious structure built at the entrance to Wat Suthat. Enjoy a calm sunset walk in the locality, basking in the positive vibes resonating from the temple.

Dinner (6kms)

Try the grilled New Zealand lamb loin with spice and basil leaves at Thien Duong. The restaurant offers delicious food in an elegant ambience.

Day 3

Travel (30kms)

Get your breakfast packed and munch on it before your 7am Thai Airways flight to New Delhi or get a packed dinner for your 6:55pm Thai Airways flight to Mumbai.
