GoAir has launched a car rental service in partnership with the world’s fourth-largest and a four-time national award-winning car rental company, Eco Europcar. By Kumar Shree
With the GoAir car rental service, travellers can now book chauffeur-driven cars for airport transfers, local transfers and inter-city transfers across 100 cities in India. The service also covers 25 airports on GoAir’s domestic network as a part of its Value Added Services (VAS). GoAir aims to provide a hassle-free travel experience to its passengers by offering them last-mile connectivity through this service. Discerning travellers can choose a ride of their choice from economy and luxury segments. Closed user groups can also opt for minivans.

Passengers can book this service through GoAir’s official website in three simple steps. Upon clicking on the GoXtras section on GoAir’s website:
- Pick your service, favourite car, time and place.
- Get your car at your convenient location.
- Enjoy the service.
As per an official press release, Kaushik Kona, CEO, GoAir says, “At GoAir, we have always believed in consistently improving the flying experience of our customers. Through Eco Europcar, GoAir will be offering Chauffeur-driven cars from mid to luxury car segments including the likes of Tata, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota Coaches, Tempo Traveller and Chrysler Stretch Limousines, too.”
On the other hand, Rajesh Loomba, Managing Director, Eco Europcar says, “We are proud to collaborate with GoAir. Together, we will enhance GoAir’s value proposition of ‘Fly Smart’ with ‘Drive Smart’.”
