With over 400 Indian and South Asian buyers from various travel sectors, a stellar lineup of expert speakers and thought leaders, and a wide showcase of international exhibitors, the maiden and virtual ITB India 2021, hosted on ITB Community in Asia, promises three-days of captivating conversations. Here’s how you can be a part of it. By Bayar Jain
In today’s pandemic-stricken reality, a thought-provoking discussion with more than 80 speakers in the company of 8,000 attendees (including exhibitors, buyers, media, speakers) might sound far-fetched, but the upcoming (and the first) ITB India 2021 promises this, and more.
Spread over three days starting April 7, ITB India 2021 will bring together over 400 Indian and South Asian buyers from MICE, Corporate, and Leisure travel sectors on one digital platform. This special gathering will not only be a travel trade fair, but will also aim to serve as an important podium for influential Indian and international travel organisations to meet, connect, and strengthen relations.
Over the course of ITB India 2021, the event aims to discuss topics pertaining to MICE, Corporate and Leisure travellers in India under the ambit of Travel Technology, the future of MICE, Global Consumer Trends, Social Media and Influencer Marketing, Destination Marketing and more. To widen reach, with the Buyer Elite Programme, attendees can develop stronger trade ties with industry stakeholders. Notably, buyers are classified as serious procurement professionals looking to establish new opportunities, deals, and pricing packages with exhibitors.
To book a virtual booth, exhibitors can choose from Basic, Enhanced, or Premium packages—each of which is available at Special Early Bird Rates till March 1, 2021. This includes complimentary branding and advertising, live chats with participants, product brochure uploads, and leadership opportunities upon securing a virtual booth. On the flip-side, visitors and attendees can be assured of a 1:1 ratio between buyers and exhibitors and extended access to on-demand content and conferences for a week post the trade fair. With a trade visitor ticket, one can also access the full supplier directory, book up to five business appointment slots with exhibitors, and be a part of the ITB Community—a global community of more than 10,000 tourism professionals who meet, network, do business, learn, and share.
