Launch of Akasa Air
Among the most important events that happened in India when it comes to making travel easier was the launch of Akasa Air. The low-cost airline started flying this year in August. Since then, it has added many destinations to its repertoire. What’s more, Akasa Air is also among the limited airlines that allow pets on board!

Launch of the Donyi Polo Airport in Arunachal Pradesh
The Itanagar Airport, called Donyi Polo Airport, is the latest addition to the airports located in the Northeast. The airport is a new Greenfield Airport that opened in November this year. The airport has a long runway, and the views while landing and taking off from here are simply amazing!
