Love birds, this one is for you! Now you can step up your Valentine’s Day game by flooring your partner with a surreal sunrise from New York City’s highest observation deck, Edge NYC.
As per Edge NYC’s official website, the iconic building will be opening at 06:00 am, instead of the usual 10:00 am. With this, lovers flocking to the deck will not only be treated to a gorgeous sunrise rising up to the city’s skyline but also enjoy a 360-degrees view of The Big Apple. Plus, you will also be pampered with an indulgent cup of Cupid’s Cocoa, a creamy hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and a Rice Krispie treat peppered with red and pink sprinkles.
However, only 50 tickets will be available for this magical experience. Priced at USD 100 (approximately INR 7,290), these tickets will be available for purchase starting February 8 at noon.

On the other hand, if you’re the kind of couple that wishes to sleep in, fret not! Edge NYC is also offering Champagne tickets for the same evening. With this, you and your partner can toast to your love at a height of 1,100 feet, with a flute of bubbly. For an added dose of indulgence, the team is also offering a glass of Rosé at an extra cost of USD 5 (approximately INR 365).
Notably, Edge NYC is a famed tourist spot in the city. This all-glass, angled floor deck located at Hudson Yards offers views of the Central Park, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and more. Being a triangular wedge that juts out of the building’s 100th floor, the observation deck is known to give tourists the feeling of floating in the air. Other such decks in the city—such as 30 Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building—are located on the building’s roofs, instead, and thus have concrete flooring.
