What is it: This year’s Ultra Music Festival in Singapore has the most killer lineup — we are talking about names like Martin Garrix, Porter Robinson, Skrillex and more! It’s a full-fledged, two-day music festival dedicated to the best of electronic dance music (EDM). If you are attending this one, be ready to put on some comfy shoes because apart from all the dancing, you’ll be running around from one stage to another; that’s right, expect multiple performances going on at the same time by multiple artists. Who is it meant for: For the Socialiser who loves the thrill of speed
What is it: Every September, Singapore rides for three days with the commencement of The Grand Prix Season 2019. This event blends adrenaline rush and endless after-parties to bring together like-minded folks. Perfect place to socialise? We bet. This event attracts some of the best musicians to rock the stage for three days. We are talking about live performances by Swedish House Mafia, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cardi B, Fatboy Slim, Hans Zimmer and more! In fact, if you enjoy clubbing, you can also head to clubs like Empire, 1-Altitude, Zouk, Amber Lounge and The Podium Lounge for pulsating after-hours. 3. C3AFA (formerly known as the Anime Festival Asia)
Who is it meant for: For the Socialiser who wants to explore Japanese pop culture
What is it: C3AFA is a series of anime conventions held across Southeast Asia, and its primary annual convention is held in Singapore. This event brings together the many facets of Japanese pop culture to create a magical extravaganza for visitors. If you are planning to attend this year’s C3AFA, expect to witness exciting Japanese content like anime, iconic characters, interesting comics, thrilling games and more. If you like cosplay, dress up like a character and be a conversation starter!

Who is it meant for: For the Socialiser who likes to hit it up at beach parties
What is it: ZoukOut is one of Asia’s biggest outdoor beach parties organised by Zouk, a homegrown club that has consistently ranked among the world’s best clubs. Expect a stellar lineup of artists like DVLM, Galantis, Jeffrey Sutorius, KSHMR and Timmy Trumpet along with amazing food stalls, bars serving global blends, and multi-stage performances from dusk to dawn. Entering its 19th edition this year, this event will transform Siloso Beach into a Socialiser’s paradise. Do attend this one if you are planning to visit Singapore in December because the experience will be etched in your mind for a very long time!

Who is it meant for: For the Socialiser who likes to call in the New Year with style
What is it: Marina Bay Singapore Countdown is one of the landmark celebrations in the events calendar of Singapore. This event calls everyone to enjoy the gorgeous city-scape while bringing in the New Year in a grand way. Imagine Marina Bay all lit up, and of course, the spectacular fireworks! It’s the perfect spot to socialise while celebrating. The organisers also plan on taking the celebrations this year to a whole new futuristic level by incorporating a Drone Show into the whole firework scheme. The event will also witness DJ performances, electric party atmosphere, live band performances, movie screenings and soulful food.
