You may love the mountains and the beaches, and perhaps you are craving to go there once the pandemic is over. But have you ever considered going to a desert, like The Sahara Desert in Africa for instance? Surely, the temperature during the daytime could be harsh and ranges from anything between 35-58-degree Celsius but the climate during the night changes dramatically and can go as low as -6 degrees. While the adventure-loving traveller in you can enjoy quad biking and trekking in the world’s largest desert, there’s nothing more romantic than curling up with your loved one under a bright starry sky and then waking up to brilliant sunrises in the sand dunes.
Interesting Fact: Approximately 5,000 years ago the Sahara Desert used to be lush green but due to gradual change in the tilt of the earth it has transformed into a desert.
