The original trendsetter of the immersive digital art experiences is Paris’ Atelier des Lumières exhibition, which welcomed two million visitors worldwide. The organisers of Immersive Van Gogh exhibition were hoping for similar success until the launch was halted by the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus. The ban on social gatherings had resulted in the cancellation of the sold-out exhibition.

Art lovers will also be able to explore the five-storey exhibit on foot from July onwards. The organisers are looking to reduce the capacity and ensure strict compliance of social distancing measures amid fear of COVID-19.
