Decades later, the house that is said to be the inspiration behind the Conjuring films, has been bought by Jennifer Heinzen and her paranormal investigator husband, Cory. The family regularly posts about their experiences on social media. The family has also started an Instagram page for the house, managed by Jennifer. Since buying the house in June last year, the couple has been investigating what must have happened in the house, according to their website. Their daughter, Madison, who has over one million TikTok followers, shares her experiences inside the house on her Instagram Stories as well. In one post she revealed a terrifying experience when she saw the apparition of a woman in a wedding dress walk past her. Anyone who has watched The Conjuring is familiar with the ‘hide and clap scene’. Interestingly, Madison has experienced the same during an interview while in the house.
