Known as the oldest national park in Maharashtra, Tadoba National Park is situated in the Chandrapur district. It is a part of the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, making it the largest national park in Maharashtra. 10 jungle resorts and lodges in Tadoba for your next wildlife adventure

Nestled on the periphery of the tiger reserve, this laidback resort offers 20 charming cottages. The cottages have been planned around the existing vegetation and seamlessly blend with the surroundings. Each cottage comes with a private wade pool and a private sit-out veranda. Their open to air shower areas outside every cottage let you refresh amidst the sounds of bird songs. The cottages are a perfect mix of modern and traditional and have been made using local materials. The resort also provides cycles so that you may explore the property at your own sweet pace. Every cottage here is cordoned off from the resort by an earth wall of green, ensuring privacy for guests.

Located right outside the Navegaon Gate of Tadoba, this property features 22 beautifully-designed jungle cottages with contemporary interiors. Every cottage has a private courtyard with a veranda. The air-conditioned cottages are well equipped with Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee maker and receive 24X7 hot running water. The resort also features an activity room, a green gym, a library, and a children’s play area. The in-house restaurant serves delicious meals prepared using organic veggies and seasonal fruits. One of the most popular lodges in Tadoba, Bamboo Forest Safari Lodge offers bungalows, villas, and chalets. Each bungalow comes with a two-bedroom luxury suite and a spacious living room. The elegantly designed bungalows are perfect for families and feature beautiful sit-outs and private gazebos that overlook a lake. The property has 13 villas, of which nine are lake-sided, and four offer garden views. They also have nine chalets, which feature an anti-room, a spacious bedroom, a washroom, and a lake-facing balcony. Pamper yourself after the jungle safari at the Taruveda Spa at the lodge. Camp Serai Tiger is located at a distance of 5km from the Moharli Gate of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. They offer 11 air-conditioned cottages with attached washrooms. They have additional dormitories too that can easily accommodate school students and large groups. Surrounded by gorgeous streams and tranquil lakes, the resort lies on the edge of the forest. Meals at Camp Serai Tiger are special. They do nice buffets with a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. They don’t serve liquor. Paid pick up and drop can be arranged on request.

Svasara Resort redefines back-in-nature hospitality with its excellent service. Their rooms are light and airy, and the food is superb. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful too. Tadoba Jungle Camp is conveniently located near the Mohrali Gate of Tadoba National Park. They are focused on conservation, sustainability, and local communities. Tucked into 10 acres of reforested land, the resort offers mesmerizing views of Irai Lake. Their team of experienced naturalists will pack you off with hearty picnic breakfast for the morning safari and delight you with high tea after game drives at night. The property is located at a kissing distance from the stunning Irai Lake. The closest gate of the tiger reserve from the property is the Moharli Gate. Their luxury jungle tents are big enough to easily accommodate three adults and come with attached balconies. Food is something most regulars at the resort look forward to.
