The sweet Indian dumpling filled with coconut crumbs, mawa and dry fruits, and encased in a golden pastry crust is a cult favourite. Popularly known as Karanji in Maharashtra and Karnataka, it is a constant in all Holi celebrations. Gujiya can also be customised with rose, chocolate or Gulkand fillings.
