You can now visit the city to enjoy some shimmering sun and sandy seashores along with its first-ever snow amusement park.

Snowcat Ridge, an alpine-style park, sitting on Florida’s Sports Coast, promises to bring fun winter activities minus the chills. The snow park is spread over 50 acres of area and features three major attractions. While Arctic Igloo and Alpine Village are gaining popularity, it is the Snowy Slopes that is taking the cake.

The snow tubing hill is 60-feet high and 400-feet long. Guests can opt for a single-seat, a tandem or a family tube of six people. After guests occupy their seats, a magic carpet takes them to the top, and this is where the fun begins. As the slide takes the descending route on the snowy hill, adrenaline spikes up, and the most memorable ride of your life unfolds.

The Arctic Igloo is a 10,000-square-feet snowy play area with a snow hill for children. Guests can also build a snowman and throw snowballs at each other. They can indulge in some shopping at the Alpine Village too, which features shops offering food, wine and other beverages for a wholesome experience.

The park is scheduled to open its doors from November 20, 2020, to March 28, 2021. From next year onwards, the park will open only during the winter season.
