Countries and cities across the globe are often visited in large number during special occasions and festivals. This results in ruining the charm of the place due to which instead of relaxing on a vacation you end up exhausting yourself. To avoid this, travellers are now opting for off-season tours that too to offbeat places. This not only helps one explore the hidden gems which often come as a surprise to the eye, but also justifies the actual idea behind going on a vacation.

This 2020, let’s explore some of the options that are best when visited off season.

1. Vail, Colorado

A home rule municipality in Eagle County, Colorado, this town is home to Vail Ski Resort, the largest in Colorado and one of the leading ski resorts in North America. If you are looking for something more mellow, go for a nature trail and explore local vegetation and wildlife. Another interesting activity to lookout for is hiking with the Llama along with Paragon guides. For kids and foodies there is the Toy Store, the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Vail Valley Food Tour.

The place offers a bunch of activities for its visitors, some of them being Kayaking, dog sledding, bowling, spa, tree top adventure, mountain biking and more. While summers are crowded here, Autumn is the perfect time to explore the place if you want to avoid rush. Another neighbourhood where Frenchmen Street’s music clubs go off all night is that of Marigny. The city’s architecture, especially, the old churches and museums are breathtaking.
