He informed that the Ministry of Home Affairs in India had made the decision and the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCa) will soon release an official statement regarding the same. In his latest tweet made about 12 hours ago, he also confirmed that the MoCa had released the official notification. Now, both Indian and UAE airlines can carry Indians with a valid visa to the UAE.
As per Kapoor’s earlier tweet, he said, “Since the UAE has recently started issuing new visas, we have recommended the authorities in India to consider allowing Indians with valid visas to travel to the UAE. We are hopeful for an early decision.”
Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri had also recently said that India is working towards establishing an air bubble with several neighbouring countries to enable the continuity of travel.

Dubai, which has now partially reopened for tourists, remains one of the favourite destinations for Indian travellers.
However, those who are planning to take a trip to Dubai after this news must adhere to the rules and guidelines. These include furnishing a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate before boarding the flight. This test must be taken under 96 hours prior to departure. One might also need to take another test upon arrival. One must also download the COVID-19 – DXB Smart App on their phone as the Emirates website list it as one of the current entry requirement to Dubai.
