Taking to Instagram to share his adventurous sprint, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar shared the trailer of an upcoming episode of Into The Wild With Bear Grylls. “I visualised stiff challenges prior to Into The Wild… but Bear Grylls completely surprised me with the elephant poop tea. What a day,” the Bollywood Khiladi captioned the post. The snippet of the show shows the two exploring the Bandipur Tiger Reserve, crossing crocodile-infested rivers and much more. The highlight that seems to have caught everyone’s attention, however, is the 52-year-old actor sipping on elephant poop tea, while the television series’ host throws it away. The video ends with Kumar saying, “this whole adventure, I’ll remember for the rest of my life.”
According to The Indian Express, the actor embarked upon this action-packed escapade to promote Bharat Ke Veer, a fund-raising initiative by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India on behalf of members of the Indian paramilitary forces. Expected to release on TV channels and OTT platforms on September 14, the show will be available in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali and English.

Into The Wild With Bear Grylls has seen many celebrities on the show. Last year, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi challenged his survival skills with Grylls through the Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve in Uttarakhand. Superstar Bear Grylls too appeared on the show where he delighted fans at the Bandipur Tiger Reserve in Karnataka. Other big names like Barack Obama, Roger Federer, Kate Winslet and more tried to test their wilderness skills on the show.
Kumar was last seen alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani in Good Newwz — a Hindi-language comedy film directed by Raj Mehta.
