Staying true to its commitment of celebrating Indian legacies, ITC Hotels has introduced a special Biryani & Pulao Collection, nationwide. In an official statement, the hospitality chain announced that this collection is crafted to embody India’s dining legacy, and perfected over the years by master chefs of the hotel chain.
Starting at INR 625, these dishes are available in three variations: chicken, mutton, and vegetarian. Moreover, one can also opt for baingan ka salan as an accompaniment, or raita (anar kheera, onion pachadi, or sarson). To complete the meal, Dum Pukht’s signature Shahed-e-Jaam will also be served alongside. Each dish can further be customised as per individual dietary needs.
Talking about this, Anil Chadha, Chief Operating Officer, ITC Hotels says, “This collection covers biryani and pulao from all four regions: north, south, east, and west. [It will be] crafted with utmost care and hygiene to ensure your well-being and a safe dining experience.”
Keeping in mind guest safety—and in line with the brand’s WeAssure hygiene programme—each take-out counter is equipped with hand sanitisers and thermometers. Plus, pre-paid orders have the option of a no-contact delivery to ensure further precaution. As part of their Responsible Luxury ethos, all deliveries will be made in environmentally-friendly corrugated paper boxes.
The Biryani & Pulao Collection is available for online ordering via food aggregators across 10 hotels in six cities (New Delhi’s ITC Maurya; Sheraton New Delhi Hotel; Mumbai’s ITC Maratha, and ITC Grand Central; Kolkata’s ITC Sonar; Hyderabad’s ITC Kohenur, and ITC Kakatiya; Bengaluru’s ITC Gardenia, and ITC Windsor; and Chennai’s ITC Grand Chola).
