Bollywood’s most dynamic, and the country’s favourite couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are finally tying the knot, and we just can’t keep calm. Not only because they’re finally getting hitched, but the destination they have chosen to do so is pure heaven.

Lake Como in Italy has been a favourite among celebrities for a while now. George and Amal Clooney were the first ones to buy a house at this posh locale, and put the gorgeous place on the map. But John Legend and Chrissy Teigen made it the dream location for weddings after their nuptials. Recently, Mukesh and Neeta Ambani’s daughter, Isha, also got engaged to Ajay and Swati Piramal’s son Anand at Lake Como. Plus with Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma getting married in Italy, the doors to a dreamy Bollywood wedding is already open.

Stunning villas with surreal lawns line the pristine Lake Como making it the perfect destination for anyone to say ‘I do’. You know those fairy tale, Disney weddings we see in movies? This is probably the place they pictured. There is no doubt about that.

With not many people visiting this part of Italy, Lake Como remains a rather untapped destination. Popular for fancy weddings though, this place has its own charm, vibe and aura. Away from the gaze of the media, and fanatic fans, with an intimate guest list, this is that picture perfect locale if you’re looking for a private ceremony.
