 The Park Hotels, in collaboration with Prakriti Foundation, is back with The Park’s New Festival 2018. Now in its 12th edition, the festival falls in line with the hotel group’s 50th anniversary celebrations. Find out what the artists’ line-up is like in Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. Every year, The Park Hotels brings together a year-long extravaganza by inviting guests and patrons from across the country to come enjoy musical evenings headlined by reputed local and international artists such as Preeti Vasudevan, Rajiv Rajaram & Utsav Chakraborty, and Anna Lamata among others at their hotels. This year, after a successful leg in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, The Park Hotels is set to begin its fourth leg of the journey in New Delhi.

On the occasion, Ranvir Shah, Founder, Prakriti Foundation said, “For the 12th edition of The Park’s New Festival, we have a great line up of artists -Karthick Iyer from South India presenting fusion Carnatic Music; Stories by Hand – a contemporary twist to Bharatnatyam by Vasudevan; Rajaram & Chakraborty presenting a stand-up comedy; and A talk by Ana Lamata who joins us from Spain to speak reflection, realism and how discovery of X-rays changed the way the world was perceived and the notion of reality itself.”

This year’s celebrations are exceptionally big due to the hotel group’s golden anniversary. Commenting on this year’s event, Priya Paul, Chairperson, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels said, “This is a very special year for us as we celebrate 50 glorious years of THE Park Hotels. At THE Park Hotels, creativity and innovation are ingrained in our collective DNA. We are pioneers in curating and promoting contemporary art and culture in India.”

 After New Delhi, The Festival will move on to Kolkata and Hyderabad. Check out the complete schedule below.
