hosted a select gathering of city high-fliers for a Masterclass on ‘The Weekend Palate’ at The Salt Grill on October 5, 2018. The occasion marked the launch of the restaurant’s new menu as Executive Chef Amit Gera stirred up decadent dishes, including Barley Risotto,
Blanched Mushrooms, Cajun Spiced Grill Chicken, and Gin-de-Berry cocktail for the guests. During the event, Manish Gera, General Manager, remarked, “It was a wonderful collaboration between Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks and T+L Masterclass. While the
